MM6 MAISON MARGIELA Woman

Maison Margiela is a French haute couture house, founded in Paris in 1988 by Belgian designer Martin Margiela.

In 2014, Maison Margiela appointed John Galliano as artistic director, symbolizing the beginning of a new era in the history of the House.

Both masculine and feminine, very attached to the fusion of genres, the House is based on a cerebral approach to the deconstruction, reinvention and redefinition of men's and women's silhouettes.

Launch of Line 6, later renamed MM6 – The Contemporary Line for Women. MM6 embraces feminine and casual codes in a nonconformist way through contemporary cuts and prints found in its womenswear collections, shoes, accessories, and leather goods.
